Are estimates free?

Yes, we provide written estimates free of charge long as the vehicle is not a total loss.

Do you need to make an appointment for an estimate?

No appointment is needed. Estimates are done from 7:30 AM until 5:00 PM Monday- Friday. Saturdays by appointment.

Do you warranty the repair work completed on my vehicle?

We have a limited lifetime warranty for repairs done at our shop for as long as you own the vehicle.

Do you negotiate my insurance claim on my behalf?

We will negotiate your claim with your insurance company in YOUR best interest. Always remember, we work for you and we are relentlessly focused on your complete satisfaction.

Can I choose my own repair shop, or does my insurance company decide?

You have the right to choose your repair shop; your insurance company CANNOT force you to go to a particular shop.

Do I have to get more than one estimate?

You are NOT required by law to obtain more than one estimate.

Why are there occasional differences in repair estimates?

Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you are not sure why one estimate is different from another, please ask us.
